Our mission is to provide dry cleaning, laundry, and clothing alteration services with free home pick-up and delivery to "want-to-be-clean" Belgrade area customers. Our high quality and convenience will save time for working customers.
Marketing Strategy
In a competative environment like the dry cleaning industry, a well structured marketing strategy is crutial to long-term success. Simple stated, the Bianco's marketing plan centers around a complete understanding of the customers. Bianco will begin with targeting residents and small to medium sized business in the downtown Belgrade area. The first task is to convince customers of the benefits and needs of dry cleaning. Whenever Bianco attracts a big number of customers, it will open shops in different locations of the country.
Critical Issue
By doing my research for past few months I came to conclusion that the Bianco's critical issue and primary chalange is to recruit sufficient number of medium sized and large sized companies. In order to increase the revenue, the founder has been trying to provide its services to various indipendent industries such as hotels, motels, restaurant, cafes, bars, day care, hospitals and so far.

Bianco Dry Clean witll be the leading dry cleaning shop in Belgrade, Serbia with a rapidly developing consumer brand and growing customer base. Recognized by providing a new door-to-door dry cleaning, laundry, and alteration with free pick up and delivery services tends to be the best in dry cleaning industry. Its management and work force is very experienced in this field, and they offer a flexible, comprehensive and professional service.
Within five years, Bianco wants to be a well respected company locally well known for excillent independent service. This can be achieved by completing various marketing activities locally and continuing to provide outstanding service to our customers.

The hardest part of the project
Overall I am so glad I have chosen Binco Dry Clean for my marketing project because the owner of this company is my brother who is just 21 and doing really well so far. I am happy I can help him with new ideas as his older brother. I had easy access to the company's information but I had the biggest trouble to put all information together.

Marketing Project
I just finally finished my marketing project, and I am very confident with that. I really think it will help my brother's business. Also I know he will consider all my ideas as long as they make sense. Anyway this was very long semester, and I enjoyed this class, but I am glad I am almost done with it. I think Dr. Gray is excellent teacher, and this project was very useful and it will help us a lot in future.
